Concise ALTO Partial
The Centered and Offset Concise ALTO Partial provides the surgeon with a functional length range from 0.75mm to 5.75mm, in precise quarter millimeter increments. The newly designed head allows for multidirectional movement for optimal contact with the TM. The Concise Partial comes pre-packaged in the patented Adjuster Body, which greatly simplifies sizing the prosthesis.
Eclipse Flat Ribbon Piston
The Eclipse Flat Ribbon Piston offers a wide nitinol ribbon to target for heat application. The large surface area allows the surgeon to help protect the incus during heat application. The “shape memory zone” ensures 360° closure around the incus and reduces the possibility that the piston lifts from the vestibule during heat application.

Triune Tube
The patented Triune ventilation tube was designed to address complications of the standard long-term T-Tubes, specifically perforations. The three flanges help to keep the tube in perpendicular relationship to the eardrum. This feature restricts unnecessary erosion of TM tissues. Studies show a 3.0% perforation rate compared to 16.6% for standard long-term T-Tubes.
Vincent Band ALTO
The Vincent ALTO with Band allows the surgeon to use a total prosthesis in cases that present an intact stapes and an absent incus, either with or without a malleus. The band allows the surgeon to take advantage of the stapes superstructure in order to stabilise the shaft of the prosthesis.
Wildcat Pro ALTO Total
The Wildcat Pro ALTO Total features a large stable base that mimics the stapes superstructure, crura cutouts to accommodate crura remnants, a functional length range of 3.0mm to 7.0mm, and an HA head with large windows for increased visualization. The head allows for multi-directional movement, ensuring optimal contact with the tympanic membrane.
AbsorbENT™ and Rhino Rocket® Nasal Packs
AbsorbENT™ and Rhino Rocket® Nasal Packs are made from absorbent polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) foam sponge with open, interconnected cells. Available in various sizes, some include an airway tube or a plastic applicator. Both feature a nylon string for fixation to the cheek or ear and easy removal from the nasal cavity. Rhino Rocket® also offers a starter pack with all sizes. Devices can be left in-situ for up to 24 hours to aid haemostasis.
